Messages can be sent through HQ to any member of your team. These messages appear in the bottom right-hand corner of HQ over the top of any other activity.
To create a team message, click the Send a Message button:
Please note. This button may not be available to you. If it is not, go to Tools>Options from the menu bar and add the ‘Send messages to your team’ button (it’s on the ‘Buttons’ tab.
To send a message, simply check all the recipients, type the message and click “Send Message”.
To automatically create ToDo’s for recipients, click the relevant checkbox.
To review all the messages you have sent and received (and whether they have been acknowledged by their recipients), go to View>Reports and select the “Recent Messages” report.
